Originator
Connecting brand, content, and the systems behind a creative business.
The context
Originator needed its public presentation to reflect the production company behind the rental studio. My role grew from managing the studio into connecting its brand, marketing, and creative operations.
01 / Brand
Turning direction into a launch
I brought on a marketing consultant, took part in strategy workshops with the founders, and designed the Brand Playbook, Brand Guidelines, and Capabilities Deck pages. I then managed the website relaunch, connecting the brand decisions with materials the team could use.
Celby Richoux of Gnosis Consulting facilitated discovery and strategy. Brand decisions were shared with founders Derek and Willie; Sweven designed and built the website.
02 / Marketing
Giving content a working rhythm
I shaped the content strategy, creator proposal, calendar, publishing process, and reporting requirements. Seamless Loop handled content capture and editing, while I connected the creative work to a repeatable marketing process.
For Lawn Party, I built the Instagram presence from the ground up, including branding and posting, and designed the Kickstarter-party posters.
03 / Creative operations
Making the work easier to carry forward
I organized company knowledge and shared sources, set output standards and review rules, and defined requirements for the rental booking workflow. My contribution was structuring the information, setting requirements, and reviewing decisions so the systems supported the studio’s work.
What came together
Completed brand materials, a relaunched website, a defined publishing and reporting process, and documented systems for the studio.
